Returns & Refunds
At ValentinaAllure, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase. Please not that the item must be in its original condition, unwashed, and undamaged.
To initiate a return, email us at info@valentinaallure.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a small restocking fee may be applicable on returned products. Our team will provide more details once your return has been processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Viva Vogue is no longer responsible for its whereabouts. Unfortunately, we cannot cover losses or assume responsibility for any packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. To ensure the safety of your delivery, we recommend monitoring your package's tracking information closely and contacting the delivery company for any further assistance or information.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Kindly note, that all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
